This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). RFQ #F3N7F57257A001. The applicable NAICS code is 238290. Description Of Service: CLIN 0001: 1 Lump Sum; Contractor shall Provide and Deliver the following items for a complete automatic Bowling Scoring System, compatible with AMF pinspotters. 1 Ea - 220/380V three phase power arrester. 1 Ea - Server, 110V & 220V. 1 Ea - 17 inch Monitor, flat screen / touch. 1 Ea - Software for server. 1 Ea - Front desk receipt printer and cash drawer, international 220V. 1 Ea - Customer pole display, international 220V. 1 Ea - Mini UPS 220V for front desk, back office and cash terminals. 3 Ea - Blueberry Overhead color accent Logo. 3 Ea - LCD Console, Grey dual pedestal mount. 6 Ea - Lane License. 1 Ea - Scoring computers and cabling LCD 1 - 8 lanes (1 scoring computer). 1 Ea - UPS 220V for scoring computer. 2 Ea - 230V Ethernet switch power supply, international only. 3 Ea - Pinsetter interface, camera for AMF 8290/8290XL. 1 Ea - 8290/8290XL, AMF MCU source command interface. 1 Ea - 8290/8290XL, AMF MCU source command adapter cable. 1 Ea - Network diagnostics Kit. 1 Ea - Scorer spare parts kit for scorers, keypad, spare parts kit with scoring computer boards. 9 Ea - 32 inch black grundig LCD monitor, include monitor per lane pair. 3 Ea - Continuous support system. 1 Ea - Continuous support system wall mounting kit. 6 Ea - electronics scart connection for European monitors. (To include 3 Year commercial warranty on parts and labor) CLIN 0002: 1 Lump Sum; Contractor shall provide complete installation of Bowling Scoring System and dispose of all waste. CLIN 0003: 1 Lump Sum; Contractor shall remove current Bowling Scoring System and dispose of all materials and waste. Statement Of Work: Contractor shall provide non personal services to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, management, lodging and transportation to remove/tear down/dispose of the existing Bowling Scoring System, and provide/install the new Bowling Scoring System located at the Bowling Center on Moron AB Spain. Contractor personnel/mechanics/electricians must be certified, qualified and able to access Moron AB. The Contractor shall provide an automatic scoring system compatible with the existing AMF pinspotters to include the Point of Sales system interface with cash register. Contractor shall assemble, install and train the local bowling center personnel on the installed system. The Contractor shall provide a 3 Year commercial warranty on all equipment provided and installed. The Contractor shall provide a letter of system training completion to all local individuals trained and ensure all equipment maintenance plans are documented and established prior to Government acceptance. The Contractor shall remove all debris and waste remaining on the site due to the removal of the current scoring system and the installation of the new scoring system. The required start date for this project is 1 Nov 07 with a completion date no later than 15 Nov 07. Quotes must be good for a minimum of 30 days.
