The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for one base and three option periods under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and pursuant to FAR 6.302. Award will be made to General Electric Company, W-443 3000 N Grandview Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188 for maintenance on General Electric's Lunar Bone Densitometer system. This is not a request for proposal. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
