The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, Anchorage VA Healthcare System, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Bausch & Lomb for the following services: preventive maintenance services of the Baush and Lomb, Stellaris Anterior Deluxe System with VFM which is located at the Anchorage VA Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. NAICS 811219 applies to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide preventive maintenance for the Baush & Lomb Stellaris Anterior Deluxe System with VFM.
