It is the intent of the Government to purchase anesthesia maintenance services using sole source procurement. Contractor shall provide full services and support maintenance to equipment as described in this solicitation for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs – Central Texas Veterans Health Care System located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504. These services are being procured under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (C)(1), FAR Part 6.302-1. The authority applies when supplies or services required by the agency are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.
