The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Alcon Laboratories. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Alcon Laboratories for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for a Infiniti OZIL Vision System, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Leavenworth VA Medical Center, 4101 S. Fourth St. Trafficway, Leavenworth Kansas 66048. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
