This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on a restricted basis, as a total set-aside for small business vendors. The proposed action is to establish a single hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M) contract with a base year plus four 12-month option years.
