THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE: The Bureau of Reclamation Upper Colorado Region intends to award a sole source delivery order for a SCADA Maintenance and Upgrade to for the Alamosa Field Division in Alamosa CO to OTT HydroMet Corp, 22400 Davis Drive, Suite #100, Sterling VA 20164. Authority cited: Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1(a) (2) and 13.106-1(b) (1) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency. The proposed acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for a 6 months. The delivery location is Alamosa CO 81101 and the propose terms are FOB destination. The NAICS code is 541511 and the SBA standard size is $27.5 Million. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition Management Division.
