The intention of this solicitation is to award a monetary limitation repair order. Northrop is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only knownsource for providing repair support of the above repair part. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 336413. This requirementwill be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible sourceand no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotationsor capability statements.
