FBO NOTICE OF AWARD DUE TO SOLE SOURCE This announcement is to provide notification of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to enter into a sole source purchase order with Cassling Diagnostic Imaging, 13808 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137 for a service and maintenance agreement for the Magnetom Aera MRI. Cassling Diagnostic Imaging will provide this service to the Des Moines, IA Veterans Administration. This agreement will be for a twelve month period and three option years. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450. This procurement involves licensed, proprietary software, software upgrades and proprietary passwords. Any interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide service and maintenance and software upgrades. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by Wednesday, November 10, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. local time.
