This announcement is to provide notice that the Department of Veteran Affairs, West Haven, CT intends to award a sole source five (5) year IDIQ contract to Voicebrook Inc. for the provision of comprehensive, end-to-end, software and hardware logistical support, maintenance, and sustainment to the Voicebrook systems within VISN 1 (New England). The full range of services needed to accomplish the results is expected to be performed by the vendor. Vendor will provide maintenance, sustainment, and support for the Voicebrook VoiceOver Software System that allows dictation of pathology reports that will automatically copy and paste the report into the VA VistA computer system (Anatomic Pathology Computer Package). VoiceBrook Software equipment system is already purchased and in use at the sites in VISN 1. The award is based upon a valid Sole Source Justification and FAR 6.032-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
