The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a purchase order to OptionMetrics, LLC 1176 Broadway Ste. 1800 New York, NY 10019-2014, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for Ivy DB US Database Subscription for a base plus four (4), 12-month option years. The Office of Comptroller Currency (OCC) determines that the database is used to search for academic research on equity option which provides historical stock prices, index options and implied volatility surfaces. Ivy DB US Database Subscription will allow the OCC to conduct research in support of its economic mission.

This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
