The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to M&C Associates, LLC to provide annual maintenance and enhancement modifications to its current Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
The contractor will provide profession technical support services to re-design the current IVR. PBGC requires the vendor to change the system from an automatic call routing tool to a resource tool that will improve service and reduce calls coming into the Customer Call Center. The contractor will also provide maintenance services on the existing IVR system.
M& C is the only known company that can provide the IVR services currently needed by PBGC. Additionally, M & C has expertise in the specific IVR system that PBGC currently has in place.
This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. However, interested parties may request further information (no later than March 02, 2012, 8 AM Eastern Time) by email to Lawrence Durden at [email protected].
