The U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to GT Software, Inc. located at 235 Peach Tree Street NE Suite 1400, Atlanta, GA 30303-1402.  A fixed-price contract for software maintenance to support proprietary products is anticipated. This is not a request for quotation. GT Software is the only company that can provide the maintenance needed concerning the required software application.
