This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is for the purpose of acquiring Proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services and supplying materials necessary for the continued deployment and maintenance of a statewide fiber optic communications network, owned and operated by the State of Delaware. This infrastructure is required for the ongoing expansion of the State's Integrated Transportation Management System (ITMS), as well as to support a wide range of data network and telecommunications requirements across nearly all State agencies.
