The Government appreciates your interest in the ITES-4H Industry Day. The ITES-4H Industry Day sessions will follow the principles identified in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.201, "Exchanges With Industry Before Receipt of Proposals." The objective of ITES-4H Industry Day is to provide a better understanding of the Army's mission, objectives, constraints, and technical environment so that prospective offerors and their team members may determine whether they are able to satisfy the Army's requirements.
Industry Day will begin with briefings by the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Product Leader, and the Technical Integration Center Lead. Pre-submitted questions will be answered during Industry Day sessions. Additional questions , if needed, can be submitted after Industry Day via a survey sent out to participants. Question and answers will be posted on beta.sam.gov.
Note: Advance questions are permitted and will be answered during the sessions. Please submit questions to https://peoeissurvey.altess.army.mil/n/ITES4HQuestions.aspx
The Government assumes no responsibility for any representation made by any of its officers or agents during the session. Questions received and Government responses furnished during the session are unofficial. Government representatives have been instructed to answer to the best of their ability and knowledge. The Government will not be recording the session. However, the Government will be taking notes to assure that any questions requiring "official" answers have been properly documented. The requirements and strategy as stated during this session are all subject to change as the acquisition evolves; therefore the companies shall rely on the Final RFP.
The Government looks forward to meeting with you and assisting you as you develop unique solutions to our important challenges.
