The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a sole source purchase order to the Institute of Transportation Engineers Inc. (ITE) for two hundred twenty (220) Affiliated Government Agency Memberships.  This membership is intended to provide professional development exposure, experience and activities to those individuals who are actively engaged in work that falls within the professional field(s) associated with this organization.  ITE is the only source available to provide ITE memberships to FHWA employees.  This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is April 12, 2010.
