The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for providing crack sealing and seal coating services including new parking lot striping at Nikiski North Star Elementary, per ITB documents and specifications. A pre-bid conference will be held at Nikiski North Star Elementary School, 45600 Holt Lamplight Road, Nikiski, AK 99635 on May 29, 2024 at 12:00 Noon. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
