Henry County Water Authority, hereafter HCWA, is soliciting competitive bids from qualified General Construction Contractors to submit a proposal to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, and incidental in performing all operations in connection with the Construction of a 60¿X60¿ Metal Office Building & Finished Interior. Work will consist of general construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finish concrete flooring, painting, and other trades and crafts as described in the plans provided by HCWA.
