The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly Chamber Renovations. The project consists of the following: Renovation of the KPB Assembly Chambers including replacement of the dais, furniture, lighting and associated electrical work. A pre-bid conference will be held at the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly Chambers, 144 N. Binkley Street, Soldotna, Alaska on September 10, 2020, 1:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
