The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Central Peninsula Hospital Heated Parking Addition. The project consists of the following: Demolition of existing asphalt parking lot and concrete sidewalk to install new ADA accessible heated parking lot and sidewalks. Project will include installation of storm drain and mechanical and electrical work to install new equipment for snow melt system. A pre-bid conference will be held at Central Peninsula Hospital, Main Entrance, 250 Hospital Place, Soldotna, Alaska on September 1, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
