The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for the South Peninsula Hospital Deaerator Replacement. The project consists of the following: Provide labor, materials and temporary utilities to demolish and replace an owner provided Deaerator Tank at The South Peninsula Hospital. A pre-bid conference will be held at the South Peninsula Hospital, Main Entrance, 4300 Bartlett Street, Homer, Alaska on August 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. All Pre-Bid Conference attendees must wear a mask. Please meet and park in the lower parking lot at the top of Bartlett Street. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The Subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
