We are currently accepting quotes for open purchase orders for July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. Successful quotes will be notified by mail with a purchase order. This request is based on the previous year's purchases and will be used as a basis to issue a blanket purchase order for July 1, 2020 thru June 30, 2021 and is not a guarantee to purchase listed items or quantities. Pricing levels must apply to all items CCS may purchase from vendor. We require the vendor to have a counter locally from which we can do business, and that the items bid on are in stock. Parts must be available during normal working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM M-F except holidays. Quantities purchase could vary, depending on our needs. The attached list of part numbers will be used to rate the discounted price of parts and supplies. Price each part individually. Parts must be same brand or equal in quality to attached parts list. Columbus City Schools will make final decision on quality of parts quoted. Warranty period starts when parts are installed, attach separate sheet with warranty details. Original copy of invoice will not be provided as proof of purchase, invoice number or mutually agreed method will be used as proof of purchase. On-line parts ordering capability is preferred. Parts must be delivered within 12 hours of order. Delivery cost must be included in individual cost of part PPU, quotes with separate delivery charges will be considered non-responsive and not accepted. Pricing must include delivery to any of our four (4) locations. This is an all or none bid.
