The City of Holly Hill is requesting bids from experienced marine contractor(s) to replace an approximately 240-foot section of concrete bulkhead with a vinyl sheet pile bulkhead with integral concrete cap and concrete batter piles. The installation of the new bulkhead will be constructed immediately waterward of the existing bulkhead. Removal of the existing bulkhead cap will be required to facilitate the construction of the new cap. This ITB contains plans and technical specifications approved by the city.
