The 3rd Contracting Squadron is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine if there are potential vendors capable of providing continuous shipments of indefinite quantities of IT Equipment under a new Blanket Purchase Agreement, to include Cable Equipment, Network Equipment, and Fiber Equipment, and optional Services. This notice is for market research purposes only and will be used for preliminary planning. Proposals are not being requested or accepted under this synopsis. This request for information serves to provide knowledge of products, capabilities, and estimated prices under current GSA schedules or existing DOD contracts. Interested vendors holding a current GSA Schedule or DoD Contract must have the capability to provide the attached list (not all inclusive) of products/services, with specified brand names or equal.

The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 334290 - Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard for NAICS 423610 is 750 employees. The government must determine whether a small business set aside is advantageous. The government requests interested parties to submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (see https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx). It is mandatory to obtain a DUNS number prior to registering in CCR by calling Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505.
