Ref: N66001-04-Q-R418 This is a sole source requirement with the intent to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to SAIC 10260 Campus Pt Dr San Diego 92121 for the following ? two each assembly, TigerShark 8, Sun keyboard, Rodeo II, sound (SAIC p/n 185-32299). This sole source requirement to SAIC is based on an ACAT I program, which the items need to be compatible with existing hardware/software. A Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued for this action. FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures will be used for this requirement. Numbered note 22 applies to this notice. All responses to this sole source notice must be received within 10 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this notice.
