This is notice of award for a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP), intends to solicit and enter into a contract with Groupware, Inc., doing business as iSupport Software for iSupport Software License Renewal Sync and a New Service Desk Test License.
The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award to only one contractor using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of USC 2304(c)(1) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(2)(i), supplies or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the needs of the agency. A determination not to compete this requirement is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.
Interested parties who feel they possess the capabilities to provide the information described above should submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to Lauren Peel by email at [email protected]. No solicitation is available and telephone requests for information will not be honored. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government shall consider all responses received within five (5) days of this posting. A determination by the CDC not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notification, is solely within the discretion of the government.
