The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for internet provider services at the American Embassy Kabul, Afghanistan as per the attached solicitation documents.

The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line "Proposal SGE50014R0095" on or before Monday, October 13, 2014, 11:59 p.m., to

[email protected] with a copy to [email protected].

No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above.

Please note:
a. All communication and the award documents shall be in English.

b. Please do NOT contact the Embassy directly regarding this project.

c. Section 1 of the solicitation contains the pricing you need to complete / submit and the statement of work. You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date.

d. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section 3 of the solicitation (the clauses page 56 through 59, detailed instructions page 59 through 63).

e. Your company may be required to submit contractor vetting information on DS Form 4184, Risk Analysis Information. Successful passing of vetting is a condition of award (see Section 3, Addendum to 52.212-1).

f. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)).

g. Section 5 of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit.

h. Attachment 1 (Contract Information Sheet / Experience Listing) - please use this format to submit 3 recent and relevant / comparable contracts.
