The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Islamic Spiritual Guide Services for the Federal Correctional Complex Petersburg, located in Hopewell, Virginia. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm -fixed unit prices. The contractor shall provide Islamic Spiritual Leader services for the inmate population in a correctional setting for the Religious Services Department at FCC Petersburg. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, and four one-year option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the government. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option year are 1, 1500 sessions per year. A session is defined as one hour.  The contractor will conduct services an average of 30 sessions per week. The schedule will not exceed 30 hours per week.   The Contractor will normally work, Monday through Friday (except federal holidays), between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.  The selected contractor must be a member in good standing with a recognized Islamic Community and have extensive experience serving as an Imam or Spiritual Leader for an Islamic congregation. The contractor's applicants must possess an ordination certificate or like document showing the contractor is a recognized clergy or spiritual leader in good standing with the faith community. The contractor will provide Islamic spiritual leader services in accordance with Bureau of Prison policy. Offers are requested to submit
