374 CONS/LGCBB is seeking for interested parties capable of providing preventive maintenance for Teraoka Scales located in the Yokota Commissary (They will be used to Weight/Label meat and other goods):
1. Ishida DP-3000 Scale Label Printer, Serial No: 0104273 (Meat Department)
2. Ishida AC-3000B Scale Label Printer, Serial No: 00127180/00127169 (Deli Department), Serial No: 00127171 (Produce Department)

This is a Request for Information (RFI) as identified in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.201(c)(7). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A formal RFQ will follow, anticipated in early 2012.
