Based on market research conducted, it has been determined the FBI's requirement for the referenced services can only be provided by Verizon Federal, Inc. Verizon Federal, Inc. is the only providers who can meet the FBI's requirements, as they are the designated phone and data carrier for Virginia's Stafford County area.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by the time and date identified herein. Submissions will only be accepted by email to the attention of Todd M. Townsend, [email protected] with the subject line: RFQ-0001847 Capability Statement; telephone requests will not be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If interested, please submit a "capability statement" fully demonstrating the ability to meet the requirements as detailed above. The capability statement provided will be the sole information used to determine a vendor's capability; references to outside information will not be considered. If the vendor is found capable, they will be entitled to a copy of RFQ 0001847, upon request; to be competed with any other qualified vendors. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
