AMENDMENT 0005 - This amendment incorporates changes to the CLINs/Price Schedule; a sample format for the price breakout; updates to the Subsurface Information; a current Wage Determination dated 21 April 2017; and changes in sections 00 22 16, 00 72 00 and 00 73 00.

Amendment 0006 will be issued no later than 2 May and will incorporate the revised specifications and plan sheets in response to the RFI's.
