The contractor is to provide materials and labor for space alterations for the IRS located in the Lincolnshire Office Park, Bldg. C, 3539 Southern Hills Drive, Sioux City, Iowa.  The work consists of an occupied office alterations project.  The project will be completed in three (3) consecutive phases.  The work will include architectural, mechanical, electrical and security alterations to an existing office space.    This is an approximately 4,000 square foot office located in a multi-tenant, single story building.  The work will be completed during other than normal office hours.

The contractor is to provide all materials not previously mentioned, labor, equipment, tools, management and supervision as required and needed for the completion of this project.  The contractor will have 45 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed to complete the project.  Estimated cost is $0-$100,000.  The contractor will be required to obtain a GSA security clearance for all individuals working on site.  If you are interested in bidding this project respond by email no LATER THAN November 9, 2009, to [email protected] with your company name, contact person, address, phone number, fax number and DUNS number.  You MUST state the Solicitation number of GS-06P-10-TN-C-0004.  Proposal packages will be mailed to interested parties after that date and will be sent on a disc unless a hard copy is requested.  There will be a walk through of the project scheduled.  The date will be noted in your proposal packet.  All proposals submitted must allow 60 days for GSA acceptance.  THIS REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AN AWARD.  According to FAR 4.11 ALL contractors MUST be registered in Central Contractor Registration [CCR], www.ccr.gov  and Online Representations and Certification [ORCA], https://orca.bpn.gov, before having their bid evaluated.
