The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the purchase of (60 quantity) Iridium Extreme 9575 handheld satellite phones with push-to-talk capabilities to be used over the Iridium PTT network and with standard Iridium satellite telephony capabilities using an Iridium SIM card. The Government DOES NOT require (airtime to support the devices; tracking of the devices; SIM Cards). No questions regarding this rfq will be excepted after June 18, 2018 at 12:00pm, est.  Evaluation of quotations will be based on Delivery date of 7/29/2018; lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or NONE BRAND NAME. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. All interested sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price purchase order. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this rfq, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Late submissions will not be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This rfq does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation. The Government is requesting discounts. Please include discounts as a separate line item.
