The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, March 27, 2014 to email [email protected], Contract Specialist. All communications concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 2:00 p.m. eastern time, no later than March 24, 2014.
