This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. In addition to those NSNs specified in Section B of the solicitation, the scope of the contract includes all DLA and DOD managed NSNs for which one, any, or all of the following is/are approved source(s): GE Aviation Systems LLC - CAGE code 05624, ITT Corporation - CAGE code 73760, Whittaker Controls, Inc. - CAGE code 79318, or TAT Technologies LTD - CAGE code S4883. NSNs within the scope may be added to this initiative or any resulting contract at a later date in accordance with clause I16C04 - Addition/Deletion of Items. Currently Section B contains 5 NSN items managed by DLA Land and Maritime, and 1 NSN managed by DLA Aviation. Each NSN has 4 quantity ranges per NSN for pricing and phased delivery requirements. Delivery Schedule: phased delivery with initial quantities to be delivered in 190, 149, 166, 117, 148, and 110 days respectively, and incremental quantities to be delivered every 30 days thereafter.

One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.
This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Classes 4810 and 4820.
This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: GE Aviation Systems LLC - CAGE code 05624, ITT Corporation - CAGE code 73760, Whittaker Controls, Inc. - CAGE code 79318, or TAT Technologies LTD - CAGE code S4883.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
Various increments in quantity will be solicited per NSN in order to obtain quantity break pricing.
