The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) for the FBI located in Huntsville, AL on Redstone Arsenal.  The FBI intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Direct 4 Bix, LLC, 23832 Rockfield Blvd., STE 110, Lake Forest, CA  92630-2870 for the purchase of a 40 Channel Custom Headend Distribution System with (3) COM51 Technicolor COM300 HD Channel Blades, (1) QAM20 Technicolor COM300 QAM Modulator, (2) Clearview 4:2 BT 24 CH MPEG-4/2 Transcoders, (2) DSWM-30 26 CH Multi-switch COM3000 Chassis, (6) Satellite Splitters 1 DTV6PWRPOL-02 Polarity Locker, (2) DSWM-30 26 CH Multiswitch COM3000 Chassis, (10) COM51 HD Channel Upgrade, (4) power Inserters, (100) AEP Set Top Boxes with Installation and shipping.  This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set aside.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220 with a business size standard of 1250 employees.  A quotation will be requested from Direct 4 Biz using Simplified Acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12.  The FBI intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.  Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement via email to [email protected] by Thursday, April 8, 2021, at 11:00 AM EST.   Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
