The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a sole source purchase order to iPro Tech, LLC, 1700 N Desert Dr., Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85281-1228, based on FAR subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source. iPro Tech indicated that it does not have resellers of these products on existing contracts, therefore, it is necessary for the government to procure the annual maintenance directly from iPro Tech on a sole source basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
