The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office (A&PO), intends to award a sole source contract to continue the operation and system installation of an in-place monitoring system (IPMS) and support to Vector Technologies LLC. This requirement is in support of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency mission to provide technical security support. The IPMS system is unique to the Department of Defense and Vector Technologies, LLC has propietary rights.
