The iOPS system is a sole source product manufactured, sold, and distributed exclusively by JBT AeroTech. Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described. Purchases of $100,000 or more are contingent upon approval of the Lee County Board of Port Commissioners. Single/Sole source purchases $65,000 and above are posted for 15 business days. If determined by the Authority, after reviewing any information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the Authority will provide notice of its intended decision to enter a single-source purchase contract in the manner specified in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
