PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID – HVAC Control System The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is going to bid for an HVAC Control System. Bids will be opened on Thursday, April 14th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Finance Office, which is located on the first floor of the Ascension Parish Governmental Annex Building, located at 828 S. Irma Blvd., Gonzales, LA 70737. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid for HVAC Control System” and delivered to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Finance Office, located on the first floor of the Ascension Parish Governmental Annex Building, located at 828 S. Irma Blvd., Gonzales, LA 70737, or mailed to P.O. Box 268, Donaldsonville, Louisiana 70346, in time for the bid opening. Bids may also be submitted online at www.CentralBidding.com.
