ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS APSO JAIL REROOF 2384 Lemanville Cut Off Road, Donaldsonville, LA 70346 Sealed bids will be received by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, not later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 8th, 2023; at the following address: Ascension Parish Sheriff Office 828 S Irma Boulevard Gonzales, LA 70737 All contractors are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference which will be held at one (1) o’clock p.m. on May 24, 2023 at Ascension Parish Jail, 2384 Lemanville Cut Off Road, Donaldsonville, LA 70346. The architect/owner reserves the right to reject the bid submitted by any contractor who fails to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Copies of Specifications, Bid Documents, Contract Documents and Construction Plans for use in preparing Bids may be obtained via www.CentralBidding.com. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his / her address, contractor’s state license number and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted.
