The architect/owner reserves the right to reject the bid submitted by any contractor who fails to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Copies of Specifications, Bid Documents, Contract Documents and Construction Plans for use in preparing Bids may be obtained via www.CentralBidding.com. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his / her address, contractor’s state license number and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted.
