The Suffolk County Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of the Suffolk County Board of Ethics, invites proposals from qualified entities to provide highly confidential and sensitive investigations into potential ethics violations by Suffolk County employees, including, but not limited to, potential violations of Chapter 77 of the Laws of Suffolk County. As part of the provision of these services, a successful proposer will be expected to, among other things, obtain documents, conduct document reviews, including reviews of financial and business records, conduct witness and subject interviews; draft comprehensive reports of his/her findings; and testify, when necessary, at hearings and/or trials.
