This publication serves as notice of intent to acquire services for the investigations into the population genetics of largetooth sawfish, Pristis perotteti for U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Services, Protected Resources Division. The government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Dr. Kevin A. Feldheim, Field Museum of Natural History. The government intends to issue a fixed price contract under the authority of FAR Part 13, 106-1(b) to acquire these services. The delivery date shall be December 1, 2010.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive responses. However, all responses received within five days after date of publication of this notice may be considered by the government.
