The purpose of Amendment 1 to Notice ID 75F40124Q00197 is to provide the following answer to a question received in response to the solicitation:

Question 1:  I am working on submitting the necessary paperwork to complete the bid…Do I need to provide anything else besides the completed attached document to complete the process?

Answer 1:  Please refer to section 3, “QUOTATION SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS” on page 1 of the solicitation attachment titled "Sol_RFQ Attachment_75F40124Q00197".  All quoters are responsible for ensuring that the instructions outlined in this section are followed in addition to the submittal of any applicable completed fill-in provisions/clauses.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
