This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC). The solicitation number for this request is F11PS00625, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside competition. The NAICS 424910: Farm Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, Size Standard $7.0 Million Introduction:The Laguna Atascosa NWR request for quotes for Invasive Grass Control Spraying. The objective of spraying will be to deplete root reserves of mature invasive grasses. Contractors interested shall request a complete solicitation package from The US Fish & Wildlife Service Contracts Government Services office, Contact Chris Fernandez Contract Specialist III at [email protected] . The Government intends to issue a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation, and will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be made to the lowest price of the offers. Prices must include all costs for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for Invasive Grass Control Spraying.
