This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested.

The requirement is for Intraocular Lenses and Lasik Patient Care Kits for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson Colorado that meet the essential physical characteristics listing in the solicitation.

This solicitation and resultant purchase order is being conducted as unrestricted under full and open competition.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the government.
