This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source Purchase Order for the services of Leidos Digital Solutions Inc., on behalf of the Department of State, Bureau of Legislative Affairs). The estimated period of performance is twelve (12) months.

This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
