Modification #1 to Solicitation CC-BUIS006,8,14,19-19, a Concession Business Opportunity to operate interpretive boat tours with guided snorkeling at Buck Island Reef National Monument. The Prospectus explains the business opportunities and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR, Part 51, has determined that all four of the current concessioners qualify for a right of preference for the award of the Contract.

The prospectus for CC-BUIS006,8,14,19-19 was modified to add Questions and Answers and update the Authorized Services as specified in the Business Opportunity and Draft Contract.
