1. Are blind resumes accepted?
Yes

2. The plan is for an agency to manage every assignment at the different sites (states)? Which would mean that if we cannot make it we need to find our own replacement?
Not exactly. The plan is to come up with a list of approved vendors by region (and one for Safety of Dams.) If there is more than one vendor in a region, you would "rotate" assignments (subject to availability). In this scenario, you should have more advance notice for assignments than you currently do. If there is only one vendor on a regional list and he is not available, my understanding is that the meeting would go out to bid the same way it currently does.

3. If one above are correct, would this be for two interpreters at all times?
For meetings scheduled under two hours, only one interpreter would be required. There would be meetings where you would work in conjunction with me, so only one person would be needed. And then there would be meetings where I cannot attend so two interpreters are required.

4. Will there be travel-related compensation?   The compensation portion will be addressed in the next phase of this process. Any travel-related expenses would need to be outlined in the price list.
